Organic Cafe, Entertainer Coupon Used

We went to National Towers for lunch at Organic Cafe. Well, it was a grocery store with a tiny cafe. There were 3 other tables with people eating. One couple was seated by the window. American man, Asian woman. He had on headphones doing something on his phone. She waa literally staring at him. Just a very weird group.

I ordered tomato soup but because it was not a main course I had to add a salad. I ordered todays special. Quinoa, lentils, feta, peppers, lettuce & balsamic. M ordered salmon, rice & veggies.
We both agreed there was no flavor. Hope it isnt because it was all organic.

Flower Souk

Today we traveled to the flower souk down by the port in Abu Dhabi. All of the stalls were very similar in what they were selling. We needed two indoor plants and something for our porch.

We bought a jasmine, mint bush & 2 crotons.

The chocolate that never was

Gizmo decided today that he was craving something salty and sweet...he didn't want us to try it.

In a tiny living room that is shaped like a galley there are not many options. 

Lebanese from le Terrace

Ordered Lebanese from le terrace. I ordered chicken, lamb and steak. The bread was amazing!!! The pomegranate and beet salad was also delicious. The fattoush salad was also great. Only problem was the price. It cost 200 days about $55. It did last for 2 meals and there is still left overs. 

Day Off

Sunny morning in AD. Took Mo outside and saw two stray dogs. They are identical but one is black and one is white. The white one has a collar but they are very skinny.

Doing some decorating and cleaning today. Still can not figure out how to arrange the living room.

I was given some neat chocolates for Christmas. One was bourbon pecan pie. We had some on NYE and Christmas.

Happy 2016

2015 what a year

We went to Sri Lanka, Bahrain, Croatia, Greece, UAE and Kuwait

We lived in Kuwait and moved to Abu Dhabi.

We made amazing friendships but also lost some.

I met an ambassador & a governor.

Work I went to Lebanon, Egypt and Bahrain.

We celebrated our 3 year anniversary. 

Momo had surgery but also turned 8.

Saw Motley Crüe

We went to an opera which our friend played the cello.

We went to a camel race.

We repelled off a building.

Macs parents visited.

We experienced a 2 day blackout.

We didn't see family until the end of the year.

We saw a professional tennis match on the last day of the year...

We welcome 2016 with excitement on our new adventure.
